Finding a solid real estate investment in Australia seems to be getting harder by the day. Following some travel and self education, I made a decision to invest in Dubai where I could not only get great returns on capital, but also optionality for residency in the coming years. The UAE offers 10 year renewable residency visas (Gold Visa) where if I decide to reside one day, will offer a tax free status.
