This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between:

1. Wealth Creators

The First Party

2. The Affiliate

The Second Party

(Details collected through the registration form or onboarding documentation)

Each a “Party”, together the “Parties.”

By enrolling and participating in the Wealth Creators Affiliate Program, the Affiliate confirms full acceptance of the terms, conditions, obligations, legal liabilities, and restrictions stated herein.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this Agreement:

• Affiliate Program: Wealth Creators’ formal referral and marketing program offering commissions for qualified investor referrals.

• Affiliate: Any approved participant accepted into the program by Wealth Creators.

• Lead: Any prospect whose data is submitted through Wealth Creators’ approved channels.

• Client / Investor: Any referred individual or entity who proceeds with investment or payment.

• Net Revenue: All funds actually received and cleared by Wealth Creators after taxes, chargebacks, reversals, or adjustments.

• Intellectual Property: All proprietary content, branding, frameworks, materials, systems, and assets belonging to Wealth Creators.

• Tracking Systems: Systems used to attribute leads (links, forms, CRM tags, identifiers).

• Confidential Information: All non-public business, client, financial, or operational data.

• Business Day: Any day other than Friday, Saturday, or UAE public holidays.

2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

2.1 The Wealth Creators Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commission by referring qualified investors through assigned referral links and approved marketing materials.

2.2 Affiliates may NOT create their own projections, investment claims, false guarantees, or unofficial marketing messages.

2.3 Wealth Creators alone decides:

• Approval or rejection of Affiliate applications

• Attribution of Leads and Clients

• Eligibility of commissions

• Required documentation

2.4 Affiliate participation is subject to ongoing compliance with all program rules, advertising guidelines, brand policies, and legal obligations.

3. RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

3.1 This Agreement does NOT create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.

3.2 The Affiliate cannot:

• Bind Wealth Creators to any agreements

• Represent themselves as employees or agents

• Commit Wealth Creators to any promises

• Provide legal, investment, financial, or regulated advice on behalf of Wealth Creators

3.3 All actions undertaken by the Affiliate are at their sole responsibility and expense.

4. EXCLUSIVITY

4.1 Wealth Creators is the exclusive provider of Dubai/UAE property opportunities within its affiliate campaigns.

4.2 The Affiliate may not simultaneously promote competing real estate projects in the UAE through or alongside Wealth Creators funnels, ads, events, webinars, or marketing campaigns.

4.3 Any attempt to divert investors or Leads to competing developers, brokers, or agents constitutes a material breach.

4.4 Wealth Creators may designate certain campaigns as “exclusive campaign periods,” during which the Affiliate must refrain from any competing promotions.

5. LEAD OWNERSHIP & DATA CONTROL

5.1 All Leads generated through:

• Landing pages

• Forms

• CRM systems

• Referral links

• Affiliate IDs

are the exclusive property of Wealth Creators.

5.2 Lead attribution decisions made by Wealth Creators are final and binding.

5.3 The Affiliate agrees that:

• They do NOT own Lead data

• They may NOT store, export, or reuse Lead data

• They may NOT contact Leads outside Wealth Creators’ systems

• They may NOT share Lead information with any party

5.4 Any misuse of Lead data results in immediate termination and legal liability.

6. COLLECTION, USE & PROCESSING OF DATA

6.1 Wealth Creators may collect and process personal data from Affiliates and Clients for legal, operational, marketing, and compliance purposes.

6.2 This includes:

• Identification information

• Contact details

• Referral performance data

• Marketing activity data

6.3 Data may be processed for:

• Verification

• Attribution

• Operational improvements

• Compliance with UAE law

• Internal analytics

• Prevention of fraud

6.4 Wealth Creators may share data with:

• Payment processors

• Compliance entities

• CRM service providers

• Legal authorities

• Developers and partners (as needed for the investment process)

6.5 Wealth Creators retains the right to store data for up to 24 months from the last Affiliate interaction, unless legal or regulatory extensions apply.

6.6 Upon termination, Wealth Creators may retain necessary data for compliance and dispute resolution.

7. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

7.1 Affiliates earn 15%–30% commission on Net Revenue from qualified investor referrals.

7.2 Net Revenue excludes:

• Taxes

• Refunds

• Chargebacks

• Uncollected payments

• Adjustments

• Cancellations

7.3 Commission percentage is assigned by Wealth Creators and may vary based on:

• Lead quality

• Conversion rate

• Compliance performance

• Campaign contribution

7.4 No commission is earned unless:

• Client funds are actually received

• Payment has fully cleared

• No refund or cancellation has occurred

• The sale complies with all program rules

7.5 Wealth Creators may revise commission schemes with a notice period.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

8.1 Commission invoices must be submitted before the 20th of each month.

8.2 Wealth Creators processes payments within 10 Business Days after approval.

8.3 No advance commission payments will be made.

8.4 Wealth Creators has the right to:

• Withhold payment in cases of fraud

• Deduct overpayments

• Reject invoices that do not match tracking data

• Delay payment if Client funds are delayed

8.5 Affiliates MUST NOT collect money directly from Clients or developers.

Any direct collection of funds = immediate termination + legal liability.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 All Intellectual Property—including:

• Presentations

• Funnels

• Scripts

• Training

• Branding

• Marketing assets

• Internal documents

• Templates

• Videos

• Designs

is owned exclusively by Wealth Creators.

9.2 Affiliates may NOT:

• Copy

• Resell

• Distribute

• Edit

• Publish

• Digitally reproduce

• Use for competing purposes

ANY material belonging to Wealth Creators.

9.3 Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately remove and delete all Intellectual Property.

10. NON-CIRCUMVENTION 

10.1 Affiliates may NOT contact, negotiate, solicit, or deal with ANY of the following without written approval:

• Developers

• Investors

• Brokers

• Partners

• Internal team members

• Referred Clients

• Property consultants

• Third-party collaborators

10.2 All deals must exclusively flow through Wealth Creators.

10.3 Breach of this clause results in:

• Immediate termination

• Forfeiture of unpaid commissions

• Legal claims for losses

11. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS & PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The Affiliate MUST:

• Comply with UAE laws

• Use only approved marketing content

• Avoid misleading or exaggerated investment claims

• Not promise guaranteed ROI

• Not conduct spam or deceptive ads

• Maintain professionalism

• Protect Client data

• Respond truthfully to inquiries

The Affiliate is prohibited from:

• Creating fake leads

• Using bots

• Misusing Lead data

• Running ads using Wealth Creators’ brand without approval

• Operating as a broker independently

• Recording internal training or calls

• Contacting developers directly

12. CONFIDENTIALITY

12.1 All information received through the program—including Client data, investment information, marketing assets, and strategy—is confidential.

12.2 The Affiliate may not:

• Disclose information

• Store information

• Download databases

• Share screenshots

• Share internal communication

12.3 Confidentiality obligations survive termination for 5 years.

13. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 Wealth Creators does NOT guarantee:

• Earnings

• Sales

• Conversions

• Investment success

• ROI

• Any commercial outcome

13.2 Wealth Creators is not liable for:

• Any misrepresentation by the Affiliate

• Any false claims used by the Affiliate

• Delays in payment from developers

• External system faults

• Any action taken by third-party partners

• Lost profits or indirect losses

13.3 Total liability is capped at:

the total commission paid to the Affiliate in the previous 12 months.

14. INDEMNITY

The Affiliate indemnifies Wealth Creators against all claims arising from:

• Misconduct

• Breach

• Misuse of data

• Illegal marketing

• Unauthorized promises

• Violation of UAE law

15. TERMINATION

15.1 Either Party may terminate with 30 days’ notice.

15.2 Wealth Creators may terminate immediately if the Affiliate:

• Violates non-circumvention

• Uses unapproved materials

• Abuses Lead data

• Engages in fraud

• Misrepresents the brand

• Collects money directly

• Violates any UAE law

15.3 Upon termination:

• All Intellectual Property must be removed

• All data must be deleted

• Access to platforms may be revoked

• Only commissions on cleared funds are paid

16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

16.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

16.2 Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts, unless Wealth Creators elects DIFC Courts.

17. AMENDMENTS

17.1 Wealth Creators may update this Agreement with notice.

17.2 Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.

18. ACCEPTANCE

the Affiliate confirms:

• Full understanding of all terms

• Full acceptance

• Compliance with UAE laws

• Agreement to abide by all restrictions
