By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

1. Application & Approval

   • Submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance into the Wealth Creators Partner Network.

   • Wealth Creators reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Conduct & Brand Alignment

   • If approved, you agree to represent Wealth Creators in a positive, professional manner.

   • You will not make false, misleading, or negative statements regarding Wealth Creators or its services.

3. Exclusivity in UAE

   • You agree not to promote, endorse, or represent any competing real estate, Golden Visa, or UAE business setup providers while participating in this program.

4. Non-Circumvention

   • You will not bypass Wealth Creators by engaging directly with its partners, suppliers, or clients introduced through this program.

5. Intellectual Property

   • All trademarks, content, strategies, and intellectual property of Wealth Creators remain the sole property of the Company.

   • You may only use approved marketing materials for the purpose of referral promotions.

6. Leads & Tracking

   • If accepted, Wealth Creators will provide you with a referral link and/or dedicated landing page to track your referrals.

   • Only referrals captured through this system will be eligible for commission.

7. Commission

   • Approved partners will earn commission on successful client transactions as outlined in their Affiliate/Partner Agreement, which must be signed before commissions are paid.

8. Termination

   • Wealth Creators may suspend or terminate your participation in the program at any time for breach of these Terms or if your conduct harms the Company’s reputation.

9. Governing Law

   • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.
